Logistics Coordinator for Test Vehicles

Ensure efficient and compliant transport of vehicles and materials in an international vehicle development environment.

Do you want to contribute to ensuring that test vehicles and materials are in the right place at the right time? In this role, you will work closely with a cross-functional organization within vehicle development and support flows between Sweden, Europe, and global markets.

About the role

• Work with logistics support for test vehicles, materials, and related deliveries.
• Be part of an operation that ensures the vehicle fleet is ready for testing and development.
• Collaborate with internal teams, senders, and carriers in international flows.

What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and follow up on the transport of vehicles and goods.
• Ensure timely deliveries and maintain ongoing dialogue with carriers and senders.
• Handle logistics-related documentation and support customs processes.
• Contribute to efficient, traceable, and compliant delivery flows.

We are looking for you who has

• Post-secondary education in logistics, for example, a bachelor's degree in logistics.
• Good knowledge of supply chain and international delivery terms.
• Knowledge of customs procedures and import/export flows.
• Ability to coordinate multiple deliveries and stakeholders in parallel.
