Finance Business Partner

Drive financial management for software development and vehicle programs in an international technology environment. Do you want to work closely with software development, vehicle programs, and business-critical decisions? In the role of Finance Business Partner, you will become a central advisor in financial management within an international technology and automotive environment. About the role Be a financial partner to management and operations within intelligent software development. Be responsible for both operational controlling and program controlling. Contribute with analyses that strengthen strategic and operational decisions. Work closely with technology, procurement, project management, and other key functions.

This is what you will do Drive monthly closings, variance analyses, and follow-up of financial key performance indicators. Follow up on OPEX, costs, budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans. Monitor project costs, burn rate, and forecast accuracy, as well as suggest actions. Review purchase requisitions and supplier invoices based on budget, agreements, and internal guidelines. Compile decision support and presentations for management.

We are looking for you who have Higher education in finance, accounting, business administration, or equivalent. At least 3–5 years of experience in controlling, business partnering, or program controlling. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate with senior stakeholders. Preferably experience from technology, automotive, or engineering operations.

Technology & Tools Microsoft Excel at an advanced level. Power Query and macros are meritorious. Power BI is meritorious. SAP S/4HANA or other ERP and BI systems are meritorious.
