About the role

• Responsible for parts of the organization's premises and facility portfolio.
• Act as a central point of contact for landlords and external parties.
• Drive cost-effective and functional workplace solutions.
• Support operations within research, development, and design.

What you will do

• Manage, follow up on, and develop premises-related contracts.
• Lead negotiations, terminations, amendments, and leasing opportunities.
• Drive projects involving office adaptations, moves, and workplace development.
• Analyze premises utilization and efficiency opportunities.
• Contribute to safety work, asset management, and insurance administration.

We are looking for someone who has

• Several years of experience in facility management, real estate matters, technology, or business management.
• Experience with budget responsibility, cost follow-up, and commercial contracts.
• Good experience in negotiation and relations with landlords or external suppliers.
• Experience from R&D, design, or other complex office environments.
• B-driver's license and the ability to travel as needed between business-related sites.
