Technical Team Lead PL (M/F)

Develop body functions and take technical ownership for Body Controller in an international automotive environment with a focus on the entire development chain.

Do you want to develop the next generation of body functions for the automotive industry? In this role, you will combine functional development with technical ECU ownership and work closely with development teams as well as external suppliers. You will become an important part of the work from early concept to verified solution.

About the role

• Work for an international player within the automotive industry.
• Be responsible for the development of body functions and a Body Controller.
• Act as a technical interface partner between development teams and suppliers.
• Contribute to functions tailored for the European market.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain functional concepts, specifications, and requirements for body functions.
• Take ECU ownership, including requirement coordination, release coordination, and deviation management.
• Follow up on software and system issues in issue tracking systems.
• Support integration, testing, verification, and validation of functions and control units.
• Drive technical dialogues with suppliers and ensure delivery according to agreed requirements.

We are looking for you who have

• At least five years of experience from the automotive industry.
• Experience in automotive electrical systems, electrical architecture, or software development.
• Knowledge of development processes for ECU and automotive software.
• A good understanding of relevant standards, regulations, and working methods within automotive development.
• A university or master's degree in engineering, for example in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent.

• Teamcenter for product lifecycle management.
• CANoe and LDB for analysis, testing, and verification.
• Common office tools for documentation and collaboration.
