Analysis Engineer within Surface Treatment, Adhesives and Sealants

Work with the analysis and verification of surface treatment, adhesives and sealants in an international automotive-related environment.

Do you want to work closely with materials, quality and product development? In the role of analysis engineer, you will perform tests and analyses of surface treatment systems, adhesives and sealants for automotive-related applications. You will become part of a team focused on long-term development within materials technology and surface technology.

About the role

Work in a specialist group within coating, adhesives and sealants. Contribute to the analysis and verification of materials and surface treatment systems. Collaborate with internal and international stakeholders. Have a clear focus on quality, results and technical development.

What you will do

Plan, perform and report analyses and tests. Evaluate metal and plastic substrates as well as various coating systems. Perform laboratory work with analysis instruments and testing equipment. Support investigations regarding quality deviations and production-related issues. Develop working methods and testing competence within surface treatment.

We are looking for you who have

A Bachelor's degree in chemistry, materials technology or a related field. Theoretical knowledge and practical experience of surface treatment. Experience of testing in a laboratory environment. Ability to work structured and independently in a team. Good quality awareness and a sense of responsibility.
