Airfreight Import Executive (Operation)

Execute AWB based on client and customer service instructions and comply to terminal/airline requirement. Handle inbound or outbound shipment documents. Attend to customers’ request via email and telephone call wherever necessary. Respond to customer complaints and enquiries promptly (sense of urgency) and provide possible suggestions / solutions or assist with recovery actions whenever possible. Teamwork capabilities with communication and understanding of workflow. Take on additional tasks delegated by Department Supervisor/ Manager. Requirements Knowledge of Import or Export shipping documentation 1-2 years of working experience in Freight Forwarding company Able to perform given tasks efficiently and meet the deadline given by supervisor/manager Team worker With permit declaration knowledge of Costing and Billing is an added advantage. 5.5days per week (routine with team after probation
