Design, Drafting and Quantity Surveying

Your tasks

Lead design and drafting tasks including interior design and shop drawing submissions to consultants. Support quantity surveying activities to contribute to project success. Requires going to sites.

• Lead interior design tasks following design director guidance to ensure design quality and project alignment
• Prepare and submit accurate shop drawings to consultants to secure project approvals and maintain progress
• Create detailed design and drafting documents using AutoCAD and/or Revit for effective project execution
• Develop 3D visualizations with SketchUp to enhance design presentations and client communications
• Document, report, and communicate project information efficiently using Microsoft Office tools
• Assist in scheduling and tracking project timelines and deliverables using Microsoft Project
• Support quantity surveying team by performing QS-related tasks to ensure accurate cost management and budgeting

Requirements

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proficient use of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project to improve design and project management efficiency
• Experience assisting quantity surveyors with tasks to support project cost control and documentation
