Customer Service Advisor/Bilingual

Important company in the BPO sector is looking for high school graduates with 6 months of experience to hold the position of Bilingual Customer Service Advisors, conversational level. Functions: Provide customer service through chat and voice channels. Manage requests, inquiries, and requirements in a timely and efficient manner. Provide solutions and guidance according to customer needs. Requirements: English level B2 or higher. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. Service orientation. Assertive communication. Teamwork. • Education: High school graduate. Experience: Not required. Salary: $2,525,000 + $250,000 bonus + legal benefits. Contract type: Fixed term.
