Important academic institution in alliance with the Comfenalco Santander employment agency requires a BILINGUAL TEACHER to teach secondary subjects such as Tecnología, negocios, física, Social Studies.
Your tasks
THESE WILL BE YOUR FUNCTIONS! -Plan, execute, and modify curricula, training programs, and activities in the fundamental and complementary areas of knowledge in accordance with curricular guidelines. -Establish clear objectives for all classes, units, and projects, and communicate them to students. -Develop, prepare, and manage the required educational materials and classrooms for teaching activities. -Prepare, adapt, and implement teaching and learning methods, processes, and materials by applying pedagogical strategies of the methodology of the area or areas in charge, providing and using educational media. -Prepare, teach classes, and organize complementary activities such as: debates, forums, symposia, clubs, systematic reading plans, group work, audiovisual presentations, laboratories, and workshops; to deepen knowledge in the area and perform demonstrations in one or more subjects. -Support the monitoring of students' work, performance, and discipline by supervising and establishing compliance with behavior standards and procedures to maintain order among students. -Adjust and provide feedback on exercises and practical work. -Prepare, administer, grade, and evaluate tests, assignments, and exams to determine student progress. -Prepare reports on the work, evaluation, and assessment of student progress and deliberate the results with the educational community and maintain consultations regarding this with other teachers and parents.
Requirements
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? PROFILE: Professional and/or Licenciado/a in tecnología, negocios, física, social studies. Person with a minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching positions.
- It is indispensable to have a minimum English level of B2, ideally C1.

What we offer
WHAT DO WE OFFER? SCHEDULE: 42-hour weekly schedule from Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6:45am to 3:30pm, Thursday from 6:45am to 5:00pm with lunch time. SALARY: Between $3,500,000 and $4,000,000 (depending on profile and experience) + legal benefits
