Command Center Transformation Leader
Important company seeks professional talent to lead the organizational and operational transformation of its Command Center, driving the standardization of operating models and the implementation of initiatives that improve the efficiency, productivity, and sustainability of services. Four (4) years of experience in transformation processes, project leadership, and continuous improvement are required.
Academic background: Professional in Engineering, Administration, or related careers.
Requirements for the position:
- Experience leading organizational or operational transformation initiatives.
- Experience in the design, implementation, and standardization of service models.
- Experience in managing change projects and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge in traditional project management and agile methodologies.
- English level B2 or higher.
Mission of the position:
Lead the standardization and evolution of the Command Center's operating models, aligning processes, tools, capabilities, and governance to generate greater efficiency, productivity, and value for the business.
Functions:
- Lead transformation and continuous improvement projects in the Command Center.
- Design, implement, and evolve standardized operating models.
- Identify opportunities for optimization and operational efficiency.
- Define and deploy best practices and workflows.
- Manage change adoption and coordinate initiatives with operational, technological areas, and strategic providers.

Salary: $6.900.000 + current legal benefits.
Contract type: Indefinite term.
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.
