Operations Director with B1 English
Important company in the metalworking sector located in Medellín, requests for its work team, personnel with a minimum of 60 months of experience to hold the position of operations director.
Academic training:
postgraduate degree in industrial engineering, production engineering, mechanical engineering or related areas. preferably with complementary training in digital transformation and industry 4.0 applied to operations, operations management, industrial automation and English level B1.
Specific functions:
- Comprehensively direct the production, quality, purchasing, logistics, and warehouse operation, ensuring articulation, compliance, and efficiency.
- Design and lead the structuring and standardization of operational processes, establishing responsibilities, controls, indicators, and traceability mechanisms.
- Lead the technological transformation of the operation, defining and prioritizing initiatives for digitalization, software, traceability, and automation of production processes.
- Optimize productivity, capacity, and operating costs, identifying improvement opportunities and making decisions oriented towards sustainable results.
- Lead and develop the operations team, strengthening capabilities, managing change, and making decisions regarding personnel structure and performance.
