Bilingual Finance Specialist

Your tasks

• Academic background: Professional in administrative, economic, financial areas, or related careers.
• Job mission: Analyze and control the financial and budgetary information of the business unit, providing strategic information that facilitates decision-making, profitability evaluation, and the efficient management of costs and financial resources.
• Functions:
• Supervise budget compliance through constant communication between departments and document the respective justifications.
• Support the Finance Department in presenting financial reports to senior management, investors, and other departments, as needed.
• Analyze financial and accounting information to facilitate the company's strategic decision-making.
• Perform financial evaluations of projects, considering profitability and financial indicators, and propose alternatives.
• Prepare budgets and financial projections, analyze business viability, and control the business unit's costs, identifying deviations and opportunities for improvement.
• Knowledge:
• English indispensable, with a minimum level of B2+ or C1.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• SAP management, desirable.
• Labor competencies: Attention to detail, analytical capacity, teamwork, communication, leadership, and resilience.
• Salary: $5,500,000 to $6,500,000 monthly + current legal benefits. Contract type: indefinite term. Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm and Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Work location: El Poblado, Medellín. Hybrid modality.

Requirements
