Lead
Responsibilities:
Highly organised and proactive professional who can translate programme ideas into structured implementation plans. Coordinate teams and stakeholders. Track deliverables, identify challenges, and ensure that programmes are delivered effectively. Alignment with AVHF's mission and strategic priorities.
Requirements:
3 years of experience in programme coordination, nonprofit management, project management, or community development. Experience in programme design, implementation, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and grant writing. Strong organisational, communication, and monitoring and evaluation skills.
