About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to oversee our accounting operations. This role involves managing financial reporting, ensuring compliance, and supervising a team to maintain accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including financial transactions, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
- Supervise and support accounting staff, providing guidance on financial procedures.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in audits.
- Implement financial controls to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with management to support financial planning and budgeting.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
- Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial reporting standards.
- Experience in accounting software.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications :
CPA or equivalent certification.
Experience in Architecture, Design and Construction industry, if applicable.
Familiarity with local tax laws and compliance.
