Job Summary

The Senior Architect will lead complex architectural projects in Singapore from inception to handover, ensuring compliance, quality, and effective stakeholder coordination while mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct multi-disciplinary teams through all architectural service stages to deliver projects on scope, schedule, and budget
• Prepare, coordinate, and submit all required documents to local authorities as the appointed QP Assistant to ensure statutory compliance
• Oversee technical execution and documentation to align with the firm’s design intent and quality standards
• Serve as the primary technical interface with clients, consultants, and contractors to manage site administration and resolve construction-phase issues effectively
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff to enhance team capability and project outcomes
• Apply strong working knowledge of Singapore building codes, systems, and detailing practices to ensure design and construction compliance
• Utilize Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop to produce and review architectural drawings and presentations

Required competencies and certifications

• Registered Architect with the Board of Architects (BOA), Singapore
• Minimum 5 to 10 years of post-registration architectural experience with a proven track record of completing local projects

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and technical communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholder relationships

Other Information

Salary Range: S$5,500 to S$9,000 monthly, based on experience and qualifications
