Accountant

Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly financial reports, balance sheets, income statements, and cash-flow forecasts. Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and petty cash administration. Oversee statutory tax filings (VAT, PAYE, WHT) and maintain strict compliance with local financial regulations. Monitor production budgets, track project expenses, and conduct routine audit reconciliations.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (ICAN or ACCA) is preferred. A minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, ideally within the media, creative, or service industries. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Excel). Strong analytical skills and close attention to detail regarding financial documentation.
