Being a DRETL Trainer consultant means:

• Designing and conducting training sessions in the transport and storage of dangerous goods
• Creating tailor-made pedagogical programs adapted to client needs
• Conducting in-person and remote sessions
• Adapting your pedagogical methods according to audiences and objectives
• Providing recognized technical and regulatory expertise
• Supporting clients in the implementation of adapted solutions
• Performing audits and diagnostics to identify obligations and areas for improvement
• Ensuring regulatory and professional monitoring
• Continuously improving training content and methods
• Participating in the creation of new products and services
• Developing lasting professional relationships

Production Zone: Auvergne Rhône-Alpes and Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur

What we offer:

Annual gross salary over 13 months between 40k€ and 50k€ Meal vouchers at 11€ 19 RTT, health insurance covered at 90%, CET, retirement savings plan, CSE

Your profile:

Holder of the CSTMD diploma

Experience as a Conseiller à la Sécurité or trainer/consultant in the transport of dangerous goods (ADR / IMDG / IATA)

Basic ADR required and excellent mastery of TMD regulations

Proficiency in IT tools and good administrative management

Mastery of English is essential

Strong pedagogical skills and excellent oral communication

Interpersonal skills, group management, and ability to adapt to various audiences

Analytical and synthesis skills

Autonomy, organizational skills, rigor, and adaptability

Spirit of initiative and a consulting posture
