Dispatch Rider

Responsibilities:

Pick up and deliver items to customers promptly and safely

Verify delivery information such as addresses and contact details before dispatch

Plan and follow the most efficient routes for delivery

Ensure all deliveries are completed within the assigned time frame

Communicate effectively with customers and the operations team

Handle packages with care to prevent damage

Adhere to all road safety rules and regulations

Perform basic maintenance checks on the motorcycle

Requirements:

Valid rider’s license

Proven experience as a delivery rider (preferred)

Good knowledge of Lagos routes and traffic patterns

Ability to read and follow maps or use GPS applications

Good communication skills (basic English required)

Physically fit and able to handle deliveries

Trustworthy, punctual, and responsible Time management

Reliability and integrity

Customer service skills

Problem-solving ability

Attention to detail
