Supervise the daily activities of the engineering team, focusing on Piping Materials Engineering. Coordinate and monitor project development and activity distribution. Ensure compliance with technical standards and regulations applicable to the materials area. Propose innovative solutions in the development and use of materials to improve processes and products. Manage and develop the team, providing technical guidance and promoting professional growth. Collaborate with other areas to ensure the technical and economic viability of the chosen materials. Prepare technical and managerial reports, presenting results, innovations, and improvements. Offer technical support on complex issues related to the use of materials in projects. Ensure that projects are executed within the established deadlines, costs, and quality standards.

Degree in Materials Engineering or related fields. Senior experience in supervising engineering teams with a focus on materials. Skill in project management and tools such as Office Avançado, Aveva E3D, Plant 3D Experience in people management and technical leadership.
