You will take the lead on key civil engineering projects, manage multidisciplinary teams, and become a main partner for our clients. Your main responsibilities: Complete management of civil engineering projects from planning to handover.

Hard responsibility for the budget, cost monitoring, schedule, and change procedures.

Identification of risks and immediate proposal of solutions to keep the project within agreed parameters.

Collaboration on the preparation of contracts, negotiation of contractual terms, and ensuring their fulfillment.

Regular communication and building long-term relationships with clients – you will be the face of the project.

University/Secondary technical education (ideally civil engineering).

Demonstrable experience in the field of civil engineering (experience with developers is a great advantage).

Ability to independently lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate multiple parties at once.

Thoroughness, result orientation, and a practical approach to problem-solving.

English language at a level that allows you to lead constructive technical dialogues with foreign partners (German is an advantage).
