Commercial Intern (Engineering)

Provide support to the commercial area processes through the preparation, review, and management of documentation, contributing to the quality, consistency, and compliance with corporate standards in proposals, presentations, and other commercial materials. Likewise, support analysis activities, information organization, and continuous improvement, ensuring efficient execution of the area's processes. Main functions Update and format staff CVs for inclusion in commercial proposals. Review and adapt documents according to the Terms of Reference (TDR), ensuring content consistency and compliance with formatting guidelines. Prepare base formats for commercial proposals and support the structuring of corporate experiences and credentials. Execute quality controls of proposals before their presentation or submission. Prepare, update, and optimize corporate presentations in PowerPoint. Organize, classify, and standardize commercial documentation to facilitate its management and access. Identify and implement improvement opportunities in formats, templates, and documentary processes. Monitor and identify business opportunities on procurement platforms and national and international organizations, such as BID, UNOPS, OSCE, among others. Provide administrative and documentary support to the commercial team during the preparation of proposals and bidding processes.
Academic training Student in the final cycles or recent graduate of Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related careers. Availability to undertake internships, in accordance with applicable requirements.
Knowledge Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level. Handling of formulas, pivot tables, filters, and information analysis tools. Microsoft Word at an intermediate or advanced level for the editing, review, and standardization of documents. Microsoft PowerPoint for the preparation of corporate presentations. Knowledge and handling of Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 Advanced English
Experience Have previous work experience. Participation in pre-professional internships, academic projects, university activities, or experiences related to proposal preparation, document management, information analysis, and administrative/commercial support will be valued.
