BIM Specialist (Coordination and Review)

Act as a BIM Specialist responsible for the coordination, review, and validation of 3D models throughout the entire project lifecycle, including Design Review, 4D, 5D, and support for gamification and advanced visualization. Main Responsibilities Manage and update the 3D review model Conduct Design Review meetings with engineering, operation, and maintenance Ensure federated models and execution of clash detection Coordinate 4D and 5D simulations in conjunction with planning Configure and operate tools such as Navisworks and iConstruct Develop BIM procedures, checklists, and standards Ensure compliance with BEP, ISO 19650, and project requirements Generate quality reports and BIM indicator dashboards Integrate review results with integrated digital centers Act as a link between suppliers, engineering, operation, and maintenance Train users and promote a digital collaboration culture

Completed higher education in Engineering, Computing, or related areas. Solid experience in BIM coordination and Design Review Mastery of Navisworks and clash detection processes Experience in complex industrial projects Knowledge of 4D, 5D, and advanced visualization Language: fluency in English

Project duration: 3 years Work location: City of São Paulo – SP Work model: On-site / hybrid as per project needs Travel: Availability for occasional and short-term travel
