Business Development Engineer

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for new business development and expanding relationships with strategic clients in the Pulp and Paper, Chemicals and Biorefineries, Life Science, Energy, Infrastructure, and Logistics segments. You will work on the identification and qualification of opportunities, prospecting of clients and projects, market development, trend mapping, and competitive environment analysis. You will be responsible for coordinating the client portfolio, strengthening commercial relationships, and promoting AFRY's service portfolio, contributing to the sustainable growth of the company's business. Additionally, you will support the preparation of institutional and commercial presentations, participate in client meetings and events, and work in close collaboration with technical and commercial teams to convert opportunities into projects.

Degree completed in Engineering. Experience in business development, consultative sales, or technical-commercial activities in the engineering sector. Experience in client prospecting, market development, and commercial relationship management. Knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management). Fluent English. Advanced Spanish (a plus). Proactive, communicative profile, results-oriented, and with strong interpersonal relationship skills.
