Job Description

We are looking for a structured and proactive PMO Support to join a project within Resource Management. In this role, you will support both project management and process/design activities, working closely with project managers, stream leads, and key stakeholders within both the business and IT.

You will play an important role in ensuring effective coordination, high quality in documentation, and smooth collaboration throughout the entire project.

Main tasks:

  • Coordinate project meetings, workshops, steering group forums, and design sessions, including agendas, meeting minutes, and follow-up on actions.
  • Maintain project and design documentation, such as requirement specifications, process flows, decision logs, risk logs, and status reports.
  • Follow up on activities, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables between different workstreams.
  • Support backlog management and governance processes in Azure DevOps.
  • Prepare project updates, dashboards, and presentation materials for management.
  • Coordinate reviews, approvals, and communication activities with stakeholders.
  • Ensure that documentation is well-structured, easily accessible, and version-controlled.

Qualifications

We believe you have:

  • Recently completed your engineering degree (preferably in industrial engineering).
  • Experience in PMO, project coordination, project administration, business support, or a similar role.
  • Good organizational skills and a strong eye for detail.
  • Experience working with documentation, requirement management, governance processes, or reporting.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools such as Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar tools is a merit.
  • A proactive, collaborative, and service-oriented way of working, with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders and activities in parallel.

Language requirements:

  • Fluent English in speaking and writing (mandatory)
  • Swedish is strongly meritous
