Pre- Delivery Technician M/F

Your tasks

Inspect all units as per the checklist before delivery to the Client.

1. Carry out receiving inspection of motor vehicles and report any defect/damages/missing items immediately

1. Inspect motor vehicles as per the pre-delivery inspection SOP

1. Report any defect/damages as per the PDI standards.

1. Diagnose mechanical problems and servicing of the motor vehicles as per manuals.

1. Install parts & accessories as per specification.

1. Perform road tests for inspected vehicles as per SOP.

1. Complete PDI inspection sheets/reports and submit as per file management SOP.

1. Ensure no vehicle is released from PDI without 100% ok PDI

1. Clean, repair and maintain workshop tools & equipment

1. Update operational system (VITS/other)

1. Any other role assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements

• Diploma in mechanical engineering or equivalent field
• 2 years' experience

• Diploma in mechanical engineering or equivalent field
