Foreign Trade Assistant - Automotive Sector

About the company

Our client is a Brazilian company in the automotive sector located in the la Bomba industrial park, looking for a Foreign Trade Assistant for its operation.

Your tasks

This analyst is responsible for following up on imports, exports, as well as updating the foreign trade files.

Requirements

If you have at least 1 year of experience as an intern, assistant, or analyst in foreign trade or logistics in an automotive company or the spare parts industry (preferably), and you know the customs law, Mexican standards, as well as foreign trade terms, have used an ERP, and have basic knowledge of import and export, anexo 22; you master the English language at an intermediate level, this is your opportunity. • Bachelor's degree in foreign trade, supply chain, or related field - graduated.
• Intermediate English
• Intermediate Excel proficiency and some inventory system
• Knowledge of basic import and export documentation and anexo 22.
• Basic knowledge of maritime, land, and/or air shipments.
• Experience having direct contact with customs agents, logistics operators, and/or carriers.
• Knowledge of the Customs Law, Mexican standards, and industry terms.
• Availability of time.
