SUPERVISOR

Job Description Supervise and coordinate daily work activities and operations. Assign tasks and monitor staff performance and work progress. Ensure work is completed according to company standards, schedules and procedures. Coordinate with management, clients, suppliers and workers to ensure smooth operations. Monitor quality, productivity and workplace safety. Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely manner. Prepare and maintain work records, reports and documentation. Train and guide staff on work procedures and safety requirements. Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and workplace facilities. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Requirements Minimum Diploma or relevant qualification. At least 2 years of relevant supervisory or operational experience. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to lead, supervise and motivate a team. Good organisational and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Relevant industry experience will be an advantage.
