Key Responsibilities

  • Quantities & Estimating: Take off material quantities accurately from drawings and assist with sales inquiries and tender preparations.
  • Pre & Post-Contract Management: Handle project costing, quotations, progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
  • Subcontractor & Vendor Management: Evaluate quotations, prepare contract documents, and assess subcontractor claims.
  • Procurement & Compliance: Coordinate resource planning, vendor sourcing, and handle pre-construction authority approvals.

What We Are Looking For

  • Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Open to fresh graduates and candidates without prior experience (training provided!).
  • Language Skills: Effectively communicate in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Attributes: Meticulous, highly responsible, eager to learn, and a strong team player.
