Recipharm is a leading CDMO company in the pharmaceutical industry. Our services include the manufacture of pharmaceuticals in various dosage forms, the production of clinical trial materials including API, and pharmaceutical product development. Worldwide, Recipharm employs over 6,000 people, including over 450 at the subsidiary Aesica Pharmaceuticals GmbH in Monheim and Zwickau. To support our cross-site team, we are looking for a Controller (m/f/d) in 08056 Zwickau starting from 01.10.2026.

This position ensures effective reporting and planning and contributes to the tactical and strategic development of the Monheim/Zwickau site to ensure the achievement of site and company goals, while fully complying with company standards.

Your tasks:

• Collaboration in the creation & further development of monthly & quarterly reports as well as annual financial statements
• Creation of revenue reporting and monitoring of target achievement as well as participation in reconciliation meetings
• Cost-side support/monitoring of investment projects with activation in the ERP system
• Maintenance of material master data (calculation views)
• Participation in annual company planning / rolling forecasts
• Creation of standard reporting, ad-hoc evaluations and variance analyses
• Support in inventory preparation, execution and follow-up

Your profile:

• Successfully completed degree in business administration or commercial vocational training with practical experience in controlling
• Knowledge of German accounting standards (HGB) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) is desirable
• Experience in finance and accounting
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Knowledge of SAP-FI/CO desirable and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluent English
