For the Aesculap division at the Tuttlingen location, we are looking for a Director (f/m/d) for our Supplier Quality Management department.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • You will lead the Supplier Quality Management team both functionally and disciplinarily
  • As the central contact person for our suppliers, you will manage quality-relevant topics and drive improvement measures forward
  • You will plan and lead product and process audits, thereby ensuring the quality of all sourced parts

  • With your willingness to travel nationally and internationally, you will personally support key suppliers on-site

Professional Competencies:

  • You have successfully completed a degree as an engineer or industrial engineer or can demonstrate corresponding training with many years of professional experience
  • You have several years of experience in the Supplier Quality environment; ideally, you are familiar with the production processes of medical products
  • In addition, you possess a deep technical understanding of the regulations in medical technology, especially for ISO 13485, the EU-MDR, and ISO 14971
  • You are proficient in negotiating and handling contracts in English
  • You possess comprehensive knowledge of SAP and MS-Office applications
