Aeronautics Technical Office Technician - Blagnac (M/F)
Aerotec & Concept is recruiting! Join a dynamic team in a growing company! We are recruiting for our Blagnac site a Technical Office Technician (M/F). Reporting to industrial operations, the Technical Office ensures the key interface between the Customer service and production. As a Technical Office Technician (M/F), you will report to the Technical Office Manager. You are responsible for the opening, monitoring, and closing of work packages for an aircraft under maintenance.
Your missions:
- Constitute, monitor projects, and supervise aircraft work packages (line and base maintenance or modification) according to customer demand and current regulations: (technical recommendations, planning and activity monitoring, liaison between departments, reporting)
- Create work orders (WO) following a technical and regulatory analysis in accordance with approved maintenance standards, manufacturer technical data, and engineering data
- Verify regulatory compliance: checks, updates of maintenance and modification documents according to the evolution of regulations and customer demand
- Update and monitor maintenance tasks and manufacturer documentation in the defined IT tracking tool (ERP)
- Create, monitor, and verify procurement requests
- Provide technical support to production teams and customer service (technical procedures, regulations)
- Gather and compile the information necessary to constitute the aircraft file by contacting identified stakeholders (authorities, DOA, CAMO, etc.); you are the guarantor of the information transmitted.
Your profile: With training in aeronautics, you have a first experience in technical preparation or aeronautical production support. You bring solid expertise in aeronautical structures or in mechanics and systems. Rigorous and possessing excellent interpersonal skills, you master technical documentation, regulatory standards (Part 145/MRO), as well as technical English in writing, while being able to demonstrate reactivity in the face of emergency maintenance imperatives.
