We are known for our strong and extensive employment conditions. Below you will find a selection:

• A gross monthly salary between € 6,000 and € 8,500, depending on education and experience.
• An annual mid-year allowance of 4%, a year-end bonus of 3%, and a performance-dependent bonus of up to 3%.
• A monthly contribution of € 176.56 towards your health insurance premium.
• 40 vacation days per year, based on full-time employment.
• An attractive pension scheme, in which Aeronamic pays 77% of your pension premium.
