As a Test Manager (d/m/w) in Hamburg Fuhlsbüttel, you will manage tests along central business processes and ensure that new solutions transition cleanly into operations. In this position within the framework of temporary employment, you will take on the role of Test Manager and interface between the specialist department, process owners, and the test organization.

Your Tasks:

  • Planning and controlling tests together with the specialist department, process owners, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Quality assurance for created test cases and structured release of test content.
  • Accompanying the introduction of new test solutions and supporting the further development of the test landscape.
  • Ensuring clear communication as well as transparent reporting on test progress.
  • Building and maintaining best-practice processes based on defined business standards.
  • Interface work between the SAP test team and the Super-User organization.
  • Participation in the maintenance and updating of the test case repository in Jira as a central test tool.
  • Accompanying process and system topics in a professional environment with high demands for quality and structure.

REQUIREMENTS:

An analytical profile with experience in the testing environment, in project work, and in dealing with complex business processes is a good fit for this role. We are looking for a structured personality with confident communication, a clear eye for quality, and the desire to actively help shape test processes.

  • Completed Bachelor's degree in the field of Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Informatics.
  • 3 years of professional experience in IT or information systems.
  • 3 years of experience in project management.
  • Initial practical knowledge in the SAP environment.
  • Basic knowledge in process management and Change Management.
  • Very good English skills.
  • Confident use of Google Workspace is helpful.
  • Jira or Xray knowledge is desirable.
  • Working hours: Full-time 35h.
