As an Order Manager (m/f/d) in Hamburg Finkenwerder, you will take on a central interface function between customers, repair stations, and internal specialist departments. In this role, you will manage orders, keep an eye on deadlines, costs, and quality, and ensure reliable communication in daily operations.
Your Tasks:
- You are the central contact person for Repair, Lease, and Exchange orders, as well as for questions regarding ongoing processes and AOG inquiries.
- You manage the processing and conversion of customer orders and track progress along the entire Supply Chain.
- Daily exchange with repair stations is as much a part of your tasks as coordination regarding performance targets, deadlines, and quality requirements.
- You analyze customer concerns, complaints, and operational deviations and coordinate appropriate solutions with internal and external interfaces.
- During order processing, you also support commercial and material-related processes regarding Airbus-owned parts.
- Based on KPIs, you prepare information, identify the need for action, and support reports on open, closed, and new processes.
- You participate in improvement projects and contribute to making processes more efficient, transparent, and customer-oriented.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field.
- Several years of experience in scheduling, material procurement, customer service, supplier management, or a similar interface function.
- Practical experience in order processing, customer care, and process control.
- Proficient handling of data analysis, cost control, requirements planning, and the evaluation of key figures.
- Experience in project management and process improvement is an advantage.
- Very good English skills for collaboration in an international environment; French, German, or Spanish are a plus.
- Good knowledge of MS-Excel, MS-Office, and SAP, as well as ideally Google Workspace.
- Full-time with 35 hours per week.
- High customer orientation, resilience, organizational strength, and good intercultural understanding.
