PRODUCTION ANALYST

Support the implementation and sustenance of Continuous Improvement initiatives, contributing to process standardization, indicator analysis, identification of improvement opportunities, and support for activities aimed at operational excellence.

Responsibilities and duties

• Analyze production cost variation, comparing actual vs. planned, to support management in decision-making;
• AS-IS/TO-BE process mapping;
• Analyze production consumption through integrated management system reports, aiming to monitor and minimize waste of raw materials, residues, and machine downtime;
• Develop dashboards, mainly via Excel and Power BI, for indicator analysis;
• Analyze and monitor area indicators through management panels to ensure result compliance and control of possible deviations;
• Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of continuous improvement actions;
• Participate in meetings for monitoring indicators, projects, and improvements;
• Monitor the production flow, as well as the revision of standards and process training through the application of basic Lean concepts to promote continuous improvement;
• Create requisitions and follow up on indirect material purchases via the integrated management system to ensure the area's needs are met;
• Implement production process standardizations through work instructions to ensure activity receptivity and proper execution;
• Prepare strategic presentations for management, especially in Power Point or Power Bi, for clear data visualization and decision-making;
• Analyze failures and develop improvement plans using quality tools (e.g., A3) to propose process solutions;
• Manage the accuracy of physical vs. system materials for the sector through weekly inventories to ensure stock management;
• Support the management of continuous improvement programs, such as improvement suggestions, help chain, and problem-solving.

Requirements and qualifications

Indispensable:

• Completed Higher Education: Administração de Empresas, Engenharia Ambiental, Engenharia Civil, Engenharia Controle e Automação, Engenharia de Energias Renováveis, Engenharia Elétrica, Engenharia Mecânica, Engenharia Produção, and Engenharia Química;
• Intermediate English.

Desirable:

• Experience with data analysis;
• Office Package;
• Power Bi;
• Practical experience in AS-IS and TO-BE mapping.
