- Plan the development of new systems to support operations for greater convenience.
- Plan operations according to assigned projects.
- Support performing PAYNOW item repairs, Lock/Unlock Mobile App, and participating in UAT.
- Prepare operational data reports to present to executives.
- Coordinate with relevant departments.
Qualifications: Age 25 – 35 years old Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other related fields At least 2 years of experience in the IT field Good communication and negotiation skills Able to communicate in English
