International Traveling After-Sales Service Technician (M/F)
Your tasks
As a true technical ambassador for the company to its clients, you will work on automated industrial installations, both in France and abroad.
Commissioning and technical expertise
- Perform the installation, adjustment, and commissioning of equipment at client sites.
- Diagnose malfunctions and ensure troubleshooting and after-sales service operations.
- Optimize installation performance and guarantee proper functioning.
Support and customer relations
- Train users on the operation of the equipment.
- Advise clients and provide them with suitable technical solutions.
- Coordinate interventions with internal teams and subcontractors.
- Ensure follow-up of interventions, technical reports, and installation acceptance.
Requirements
The profile we are looking for With a Bac +2/3 degree in industrial maintenance, electromechanics, automation, or equivalent, you have experience in the maintenance or commissioning of industrial equipment.
Your main assets
- Solid skills in mechanics, electricity, and industrial automation.
- Good proficiency in reading plans and technical diagrams.
- An ability to analyze breakdowns and find solutions independently.
- A good level of English allowing for communication with international clients.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, rigor, and a true sense of service.
You enjoy frequent travel and know how to adapt to varied environments and interlocutors.
What we offer
- Fixed salary of 35 to 40 K€ gross annual over 13 months, depending on profile and experience.
- Total compensation that can reach 60 to 70 K€ gross annual, depending on travel, bonuses, and overtime.
- Overtime paid monthly.
- Daily travel allowance: 12.26 €/day from Monday to Friday.
- Weekend and public holiday allowance: 25.50 €/day.
- Mission bonus calculated based on base salary and the number of days traveling.
