As part of the development of its HR organization in France, our client is looking for an HR Business Partner capable of acting as a true operational relay for teams and managers while directly supporting the HRD France in daily HR challenges.
Your missions
Working in direct link with the HRD France, you will operate across a multi-site perimeter and take part in all operational and strategic HR topics:
Supporting and advising managers on daily HR issues Deployment of HR processes across the different entities of the group Monitoring indicators and participating in action plans Participation in recruitment and the development of the employer brand HR administrative management and monitoring of employee files Supporting transversal HR projects Participation in disciplinary matters and managing sensitive situations Change management and optimization of HR processes Direct support to the HRD France on strategic and operational topics
You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in an HRBP or HR generalist role in an industrial environment,
Bac +4/5 degree in Human Resources or equivalent curriculum,
Good mastery of office tools and HRIS,
Excellent interpersonal skills, listening skills, and the ability to work in close proximity to field teams,
Professional English (ideally B2/C1 level) for exchanges with the group,
Ability to support the HRD France on various topics with autonomy, rigor, and a sense of priorities.

Executive status with a flat-rate day system (218 days),
An attractive remuneration between 50 and 60K€ depending on profile and experience,
