Do you have experience in industrial logistics and shipping?

As part of the development of this new activity, you will be required to design, structure, and formalize specific procedures, intended to become true operational standards in the long term.

In the long term, this activity is expected to grow and could offer you evolution toward a Team Leader position, with the responsibility of leading and managing a dedicated team.

Your mission today:

Reporting to the Stock-Shipping Manager, you will take charge of the preparation, organization, and monitoring of crating and maritime container loading operations.

On a daily basis, your responsibilities will notably include:

• Analyzing orders and preparing crating and container loading plans.
• Coordinating operations with the Planning, Logistics, Shipping, and Customs teams.
• Carrying out crate preparation and supervising container loading, ensuring compliance with the established plan, deadlines, and safety rules.
• Ensuring the security of freight and goods to guarantee suitable transport conditions.
• Organizing and distributing the workload among the various stakeholders.
• Ensuring the proper maintenance of crating and container loading documentation.
• Controlling the correct entry of necessary information into the ERP.
• Implementing and enforcing safety perimeters around work areas.
• Defining the needs and minimum stock levels regarding packaging and accessories necessary for product conditioning.

Your profile

You have experience in an industrial logistics, packaging, and shipping environment.

You are comfortable with operations requiring the use of handling equipment.

The following skills and certifications are sought:

• Pontier-élingueur
• CACES 1, 3, and 4
• Proficiency with IT tools, notably Office and ERP
• A basic level of spoken English is required in order to communicate with drivers. Proficiency in German is an additional asset.

Remuneration & working conditions:

• Attractive remuneration
• A 13th month
• Clothing allowance

• Attendance bonus: €125 gross per month
• Day meal allowance
• Transport allowance: €300 net per year
• Position in daytime shifts initially
• A transition to 2x7 shifts may be considered depending on the evolution of the activity
