CUSTODIAN

Job Title: Vault Custodian Role Summary To be responsible for all aspects of security and operations of the vaults including security and traceability of cash containers (including notes and coins) entering, within and leaving the vault department. Ensure day to day operations fully compliance with the relevant policy and operating procedures whilst performing duty. Roles and Responsibilities Oversee daily vault operations including but not limited to inventory management, opening and closing of branch and vault check in/out; Secure inventories by executing controls and ensuring strict compliance with security procedures; Maintain and provide quality customer service and good communications with the internal customer base; Ensure activities are performed in compliance with company policies and procedures; Maintain accurate records, handle customer inquiries, and balance transactions daily; Prepare outbound orders and replenishments for the next day’s routes; Monitor performance of processes and machines to ensure efficiency; Complete data entry for all transactions of liability; and Generate and maintain all records and reports daily.

Qualifications/Requirements: Skills and Qualifications Graduate of a 4 year course; Strong written and verbal communications skills; Ability to lift at least 40 pounds heavy object/s; Able to work independently; Can strictly follow instructions; Can multi-tasks; Great attention to details; Has dependable time management skills; Able to work during holidays; Has excellent attention to details; Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced, HIGH-RISK environment; Has strong sense of safety and security; Willing to be assigned to shifting work schedule; Willing to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods; and Flexible in working in changing circumstances.
