Your tasks

Your role As a Spa Manager, you will play an active role in organizing the Spa operations, team development, the guest experience, and the achievement of quality and commercial goals.

In your daily routine you will

• Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Spa
• Guide, support, and motivate your team, creating a positive and productive working environment
• Ensure the provision of high-level services and an excellent experience for every guest
• Organize and coordinate the Spa's treatment and service schedule
• Actively contribute to the achievement of the Spa's quality and commercial goals
• Support the promotion of services and products, guided by the needs of the guest
• Effectively manage guest requests and issues
• Collaborate closely with other hotel departments
• Ensure the implementation of quality standards, policy, and procedures of Aegeo Spas

Take on a role where you can combine leadership, hospitality, and wellness and evolve together with Aegeo Spas.

Requirements

What we are looking for

• Studies in Business Administration, Aesthetics, Physiotherapy, or another related field
• Previous experience in Spa, wellness, hospitality, or a similar environment
• Ability to guide, organize, and motivate a team
• Very good knowledge of English and comfort in professional communication
• Proficiency in computer use
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Sales mindset and customer-centric approach
• Team spirit, responsibility, and adaptability
• Knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered an additional asset
