Food & Beverage Manager

The hotel chain AEGEAN STAR HOTELS, for its company hotels in Crete, wishes to hire: Food & Beverage Manager Main responsibilities: General supervision and oversight of the f&b operation Evaluation of products and selection of suppliers with partners Study, creation, costing & pricing of menus Interaction with customers and complaint management Ensuring the smooth operation of departments according to operational standards Responsible for the implementation of the ISO 22000 (HACCP) food safety & hygiene standard Selection and training of personnel Required Qualifications: Leadership personality with strong organizational skills Previous experience commensurate with 4 & 5 star hotels Graduate of a tourism school Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene principles Experience in environments operating according to ISO standards Pleasant personality and a strong spirit of hospitality Sensitivity to customer and staff safety issues Excellent knowledge of the English language, knowledge of German will be considered an additional qualification Benefits: Remuneration package commensurate with qualifications Accommodation and meals Professional development prospects Dynamic and pleasant working environment
