Responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a person to work in the Technology and Efficiency Core, supporting projects focused on the implementation of new technologies and operational efficiency initiatives for sanitation. The position will focus on industrialization projects, machines, and equipment, contributing to the evaluation, implementation, and monitoring of solutions that promote gains in productivity, quality, operational safety, and cost reduction. Your responsibilities will be:

  • Support the management of new technology and operational efficiency projects for sanitation.
  • Monitor indicators, deliveries, and activities with operational units and suppliers.
  • Prepare and monitor schedules, action plans, meeting minutes, and management reports.
  • Develop executive presentations and consolidate information for project monitoring.
  • Support technical and economic feasibility studies, as well as the analysis of technical and commercial proposals.
  • Contribute to the monitoring of pilot projects, supporting the analysis of results and the implementation of improvements.

Requirements and qualifications

  • Higher education in Sanitary, Environmental, Civil Engineering, or related areas.
  • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, conditional formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis) and intermediate PowerPoint.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Project and QGIS.
  • Intermediate English for reading and understanding international suppliers.
  • Knowledge of project management will be considered a differentiator.
  • Analytical, organized, and proactive profile, with curiosity and ease of learning.
  • Availability to work in a hybrid manner in Indaiatuba/SP or Rio de Janeiro/RJ.
