Shipping & Order Management Executive

Your tasks

• Loading of product Sales Orders onto the SAP system

• Update of information in Sales Order in SAP to ensure accuracy of information
• Preparation of booking confirmation, shipping documentation, maintains record, and coordinates logistics for product shipment to customers.

• Prepares Letter of credits, Bonds and Insurance and liaise customers to ensure terms are appropriate as per AEG acceptance.
• Expediting orders as necessary to ensure lead-times are kept to and delivery is in line with the Project schedule.

• Liaising with Freight forwarder, customers, suppliers and internal departments to arrange delivery.
• Raising invoices, preparation and maintenance of department financial reporting and forecasting.

• Ensure smooth operations and support in project coordination.
• Provide update on monthly shipment plans and provide other necessary reports.

• Providing a high level of customer service at all times.
