Junior Consultant

ADWISE Consulting is looking for a curious, analytical and motivated Junior Consultant to join our Advisory Services team.

You will work on diverse local and international projects at the intersection of sustainability, business, finance and economic development, contributing to practical solutions that support environmental and economic sustainability and sustainable growth.

The position is open to strong recent graduates and early-career professionals with up to 2 years of relevant experience. We are looking for analytical potential, intellectual curiosity and a genuine interest in sustainability and consulting.

Contribute to consulting assignments from research and analysis through project implementation and reporting;

Research and analyze business, economic, financial and sustainability-related issues and translate findings into clear insights and practical recommendations;

Support the preparation of reports, presentations, proposals and other client deliverables;

Organize in client meetings, stakeholder consultations, workshops and other project activities;

Support project coordination and communication with clients, partners and experts.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, finance, business, or another relevant field;

0–2 years of relevant professional experience — strong recent graduates are encouraged to apply;

Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills;

Ability to work with information and data and communicate findings clearly;

Strong writing and presentation skills;

Genuine interest in sustainable development and economic growth;

Proactive mindset, attention to detail and willingness to learn;

Ability to work collaboratively while taking responsibility for your own assignments;

Professional fluency in Armenian and English; knowledge of Russian is an advantage;

Good command of MS Office.
