Job Summary The Infant Educator creates a secure, nurturing environment for infants and toddlers by building respectful relationships and implementing developmentally appropriate curricula. They engage families and communities to support children’s learning and well-being. Responsibilities Design and create developmentally appropriate materials and resources to enhance quality learning environments for infants and toddlers Implement strategies that build respectful, responsive, and reciprocal relationships with infants and toddlers to support their emotional and social development Apply health, safety, nutritional, and hygiene practices consistently according to established standards and procedures Foster a collaborative culture within the Centre by actively engaging with colleagues and supporting teamwork Collaborate with families to ensure continuity of care and learning between home and Centre environments Conduct routine caregiving tasks in compliance with standards and procedures to meet infants’ and toddlers’ daily needs
