We?re Hiring! Front Desk Agent ? Part Time

The Adventure Hotel in Nelson, BC is looking for a reliable, friendly, and organised Front Desk Agent to join our team! Please note that we are hiring local applicants only and this role is not eligible for the RCIP program.

This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can stay calm, professional, and detail-oriented while juggling multiple tasks.

What you?ll do:

• Welcome and assist hotel guests
• Handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
• Answer phones and guest inquiries
• Support day-to-day front desk operations
• Help create an amazing guest experience

What we?re looking for:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliability and accountability are a MUST
• Ability to multitask and problem solve
• Positive attitude and team mentality
• Hotel or customer service experience is an asset

Part-time position with flexible scheduling, including evenings/weekends.
