HSSE Officer

We are hiring a HSSE Officer (1 Year Contract) to join our HSSE Team in Advario Singapore. The primary work location for this position is Jurong Island. Key Tasks: Support in the development, improvement and compliance of the HSSE plans, policies, regulations and management systems

Supervise all staff and contractors comply with HSSE standards and practices

Review the Method Statement, Risk Assessment of routine activities, Job Safety Analysis of non-routine activities

Conduct daily safety inspections/assessments onsite and at key offsite subcontractor locations in accordance with Advario Integrated Management System requirements

Conduct HSSE trainings and communication sessions for staff and contractors

Support accident and incident investigations and follow up on corrective and preventive actions

Experience in emergency response organisation, emergency drills, incident command support and crisis management

Work with company and contractor's site management and HSSE department to implement specific site safety programs

Your Profile: 3-5 years of Oil/Petrochemicals experience, with at least 3 years as WSHO role

Min. WSH Level C. Preferably Diploma/Degree in WSH, EHS

MOM Registered WSHO

Possess knowledge related to Engineering and Oil and Gas plant management

Trained in incident investigation methodologies such as 5-Why, Bow-tie or equivalent

Supervise Workplace Safety and Health in Process Plant

Occupational First Aid
