Responsibilities

Ensuring the successful delivery of software services to clients.

Managing department members to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries.

Ensuring department members follow internal processes, providing guidance as needed.

Supporting regional business expansion strategies.

Providing improvement and innovation proposals to increase productivity and quality of work.

Supporting the commercial team to prepare technical solutions and estimates for new projects.

Overseeing project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Identifying and resolving issues or obstacles that may impact service delivery.

Maintaining effective communication with clients, providing regular updates, and addressing concerns.

Ensuring client satisfaction by meeting their needs and expectations.

Adhering to quality standards and best practices in software service delivery.

Cascading departmental targets for each Senior Team Lead / Team Lead, providing guidance as needed.

Supporting the commercial team to prepare technical solutions for new projects.

Responsible for the software team's technical growth.

Requirements

Computer Science degree or any relevant background.

10+ years of experience, including 5+ years as a developer or similar role and 5+ years leading a team.

Experience in software development and enterprise architecture.

Experience in managing and overseeing project management processes.
