Position Summary
Project Manager supports the PMO by driving governance, tracking cross-functional milestones, and ensuring the seamless execution of enterprise technology initiatives, including but not limited to automation rollouts. This role acts as a bridge between technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate project governance routines and status meetings while documenting action items and key decisions.
Track project schedules, resource allocations, and deliverables across multiple tracks, including change management and testing.
Maintain PMO documentation, risk and issue registers, and project status dashboards using standard enterprise tools.
Coordinate stakeholder communication to ensure complete alignment on scope, timelines, and deployment milestones.
Support change management activities and user acceptance testing cycles.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
4+ years of project management or PMO experience within an IT or digital transformation environment.
Familiarity with standard project management frameworks such as Agile, Scrum, PMP, or PRINCE2 and tracking tools like Jira, DevOps, or MS Project.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
